Family Support Groups at Steps Together

At Steps Together we have helped over 400 clients on their road to recovery in the last 2 years, at our 2 private residential clinics in Leicestershire and Nottinghamshire. We run residential abstinence based, alcohol detox, rehab and aftercare programmes.

As Darren Rolfe, the  MD says, “We believe that addiction is a family illness and the whole family gets affected”.”We have introduced family programmes, the demand for this has really grown and proving to be very successful”.

If there is a particular problem that requires people getting together in a safe place to talk, this can be organised and facilitated with one of our trained therapists. Sometimes when people understand the harm and damage that is being created to others can often be the catalyst for change and for people to seek help.
Our family programmes include:

 – Family workshops
 – Information on family support in the community
